I thought it was top 5 and easily top 10.

All the sites said it was world class, but I can barely find them anymore.

What is this??? Going from top ten to to 50 usually means that something changed drastically and I don’t understand at all what just happened. Stanford has the best psych department in the world, hands down, and is beneath Harvard/Cambridge apparently? What ???

Yes, language and all, and yes hurr durr rankings are not worth obsessing over, but can anyone explain to me what happened in the short span of three years, for the ranking to slip almost FORTY spaces down? This is very significant to me, I turned down my dream school for affordability/still really good psych school and feel horrible. yes, the grad school is still ranked like top ten or something like that, but undergrad it is barely top 50? what am I doing here? should I transfer out =[

lol
no but seriously, did good professors leave and did students just while away their time the last few years messing with the school’s rep? It was supposed to be incredible and I feel really cheated
