<p>Hey collegebound, what about those of us who are only here because it’s better than homework? No time for a show!! Gah, my eyes are beginning to glaze over, and I’ve got a good two hours of work still. That probably seems like nothing, but IT’S FOURTH QUARTER, DARNIT! I shouldn’t have to care. And I value my sleep. However, even though grades hardly matter for me at this point, the work still has to be done. Right now I’m writing a 1000 word essay that won’t even get me a grade. Or a scholarship. And the college stuff just adds to the pressure. Two months, and I will be done with high school. I will be done with IB. I will know where I am going and whether or not I’ll be broke through college. I’ll have a job. Hopefully. I won’t be making lists of what will be amazing in the future just to avoid doing homework… you get it? I got it.</p>
<p>Sorry for that. I needed to rant, and this seemed like just as good of a place for frustration as any.
How are we doing? Stressed? Yep, that’s normal. I do think the speculation going on in the other forums has gotten a bit out of hand, but hey, it’s fun to watch. Sometimes. </p>
