on a scale of one to ten...

hmmm… i’d say around 6. Considering the fact that in addition to the app decision date, I have a **** load of work due on monday - TOK presentation, physics test, business coursework and other IB stuff - and I’m doing nothing about it, somehow I’m not too worried. But that’ll change when the decision comes in…

I’d give myself a 2 or a 3…I just took my last prelim yesterday, I finished all my work, I don’t have any writing seminars courtesy of AP, finals week hasn’t hit me yet, and I finally get to go out on a Thursday, for the first time in like 2 months. The stress level will raise after the weekend to about a 5, as I realize that I have 4 finals, one of which will thoroughly own me (Chem 207). As finals get closer, stress level will max at a 7 or so and drop back down after I fail them ;). The wonders of Cornell. I tend not to get too stressed, unless I screw myself over by procrastinating, which I tend to do. However, I luckily seem to never have screwed myself over as much as I thought I did.

hm…a 3, or less. I’m a procrastinator, but the only things I have left before my two finals next friday is a poster presentation that I’m close to being done with. By next wednesday, my stress level should rocket to around a 6, and by the following wednesday probably a 9, due to two more finals on Thursday and a research paper, then back down to 1. or less if I’m sleeping.

I’m trying not to procrastinate for once, so I’m getting stressed ahead of the game.

I’d give myself a 7. I have finals in all four of my classes. I’m really only guaranteed an A in 2 of them which means two are still up in the air. I really hate it when finals decide a grade.

Oh, I have my fourth prelim for genetics tomorrow. I also get back my third prelim along with the dreaded fly report :frowning: Terrible terrible day tomorrow.

6-7…senior year was supposed to be more chilled out than this :-</p>

college and school is consuming my life.
thats what i only think about these days.
so i would give a 9.99999999999999

i’m at a solid 7, but rapidly running up to a 10. Finals comming up, oh boy.

yeah my number is rising.

im normally about a 2 or 3 about cornell because i’m actually trying to do well this year in school and have little or no time to think about cornell right now… however, it obviously is a worry deep in my mind somewhere because i’ve had some crazy dreams about it being 4:58 on like dec. 15th, on more than one occasion, and stuff like that. but during the day i don’t usually think about it. weird stuff.

school stress level is about 5 or 6. i only have 5 classes, but all AP’s, so the workload is there. could be worse though, and for many of you, i’m sure it is.

Heh, you know I’ve had about three dreams of me finding out I’m accepted to Cornell? I’m a tad desperate. :p

9 - APs are so stressful. When I work hard on one subject, my grades in another drops. Arggh. But lucky it’s only a few months until Midyear Reports, then after that, cometh guiltfree senioritis.

About a 4. I’m mostly done applying to colleges, now just waiting to get in.

I’m doing fine in my two toughest clases. I had to work for it in Calc, but in AP Chem I have the top grade out of both AP Chem classes, and I really haven’t had to work for it very much. I go to a magnet school too, so the competition is pretty fierce.

alright alright, seems like a lot of you are A LOT stressed then I am…next fun question is…
On a scale of 1 to 10, how good do you think your chances are of getting in ED…
1 being no way in hell…10 being oh its like i already got my letter of acceptance…
i say 4

i say a 2 close to one.

my heart- 10!
my mind- 4 :-/

I’d say six or seven… I think? Ah, it’s so hard to say! I’m somewhat optimistic, but there’s a part of me that is looking at those yucky SAT II scores… but with wonderful recc’s, ec’s and essays, I feel… er, redeemeed? I hope?

1, i have already convinced myself that i got rejected so I am concentrating on the rest of the colleges I am applying to. No need to worry about something that you have no control over.

I’d give myself a 4.

Hmmm…when I submitted the application I was maybe a 7, but now I keep thinking about how low my test scores are (they really aren’t too bad) and how much the admissions officers will hate me and other ridiculous things, so I am probally at a 3 or 4. It’s a toss up!
