<p>I attended a West Point orientation meeting this week for prospective candidates and found out that 70% of all fully qualified candidates get offers.</p>
<p>Another item of interest the admissions officer told us was that USMA is targeting 1299 candidates for the class of 2010, up from the 1251 for the class of 2009.</p>
