Thanks everyone for all of your suggestions. Highlights for us were Wicked Weed, Biltmore Estate, and Black Mountain. With young adults who have different interests and sleep/eat schedules, we weren’t able to do some things H and I would have enjoyed such as River Arts District - but we stayed in a beautiful cabin on the top of a mountain ridge with the most amazing panoramic views, so the real highlight was relaxing on the deck with morning coffee and evening drinks at sunset!
