The schools don’t all share one science program, although the sciences, as all other departments, are subject to some degree of cross-enrollment. Pomona and JSD both offer neuro majors; Mudd does not.

Harvey Mudd doesn’t actually offer a neuroscience major. If you were to attend, I believe you would have to major off-campus and then also pursue a technical minor: http://www.hmc.edu/academicsclinicresearch/majors1.html. I could be mistaken.

The reason that I offer Scripps’ website on top of the JSD’s is because the former lists off-campus equivalent courses at both Pomona and HMC. In terms of coursework, the various programs look quite comparable. Pomona’s program looks to me to be more strictly bio/chem, while JSD also offers the behavioral track, but I’m sure there’s plenty of flexibility on this issue (something to ask on a tour, anyway).

Any of these schools will give you fine (and similar) opportunities to study neuro, although I wouldn’t recommend HMC because it seems like an unnecessarily winding path to your goal. Pomona is renowned for its PhD placement, and the JSD neuro majors I know are also doing exceptionally well for themselves…pick the school(s) at which you feel most comfortable.
