Orgeenic nonstick pans

Of course, the fastest way to deliberately destroy a teflonized pan is to use a sanding tool on it.

I use a tiny bit of EVOO on a piece of paper napkin to grease my All Clad non stick pans. If the Teflon lining is in good condition, you really don’t need to use a non-stick spray or flood the pan with oil. My previous pan served me well for many years unil a person who shall not be named in a public online forum ruined it by scraping it with a metal object.

When I was in the real world, I tried to use cast iron. Lots of maintenance and care. Now that I am travelling fulltime I needed something lighter. Reviews showed Tfall is the cheapest and as good as the expensive brands. $25-30 at Walmart for a set of 2 frying pans. Don’t use metal tools and replace them every year or so when they start to wear.
