In terms of AP Credit Scores, a lot of things have been changed in the recent few years, so it’s probably better to ask it on the UCLA Class of 2016 Facebook Group. But based on my experience when I entered UCLA a few years ago, you don’t need to take the placement test, you’ll be automatically enrolled in 31A unless you choose to waive out of it.
But again, now it seems that has changed. [AP Credit - School of Engineering and Applied Science - UCLA Undergraduate Admissions](http://www.admissions.ucla.edu/prospect/APCreditEN.htm) You can’t waive 31A with a 4 now, you only get general credit.
But then again, this page … [UCLA Department of Mathematics](<a href=“Undergraduate Program | UCLA Department of Mathematics”>Undergraduate Program | UCLA Department of Mathematics) says something completely different, that you can indeed waive 31A with just a 4 in BC and that you don’t need to take the test.

Copies of SAT/transcript are needed if you’re confused about AP credits. Your NSA or major counselor can help you with that, and if that’s the case, you’ll need your SAT/transcript.

Use the curriculum page as a resource page - the classes that you’ll need to take in order to graduate. But since it cannot tell you the real enrollment count and status, it is your best bet to use schedule of classes. You can also alternatively use the MyUCLA Class Planner, and just come up with a lot of back-up plans. The Class Planner also has real enrollment count, so you know which classes are full/which ones are not.
