<p>Lemme see… 90% of the job of a people manager is to scoop other people’s s**t all day long, and to deal with either whiners or entitlement a-holes. Trust me on that one, I do it all day long :smiley: If you don’t have the stomach for it don’t think that you will be happy just because of a title. Looking somebody in the eye and telling them that they suck at their job is no fun, and not easy to do, but a manager who does not do it is not doing their job. As Peter Drucker wrote, an executive manager has two jobs: hiring/firing talent and resource allocation.</p>
