<p>Hi guys, sorry if this is a stupid question, but am I allowed to read the peer evaluation that my friend wrote about me? I’m assuming FERPA doesn’t apply here, because I believe that only applies to “educational institutions.” I just wanted to double check to see if I can read it, so I don’t break some sort of understood moral code.
