Wait wasn’t this discussion about CSU aid? State colleges have some alumni scholarships generated by people who attended or have family who attended those uni’s and who left money for students specializing in a specific area. That’s the only other funding I know of for the CSU’s.

All of my children have had to work to help pay for their schooling and they didn’t/dont have glamorous jobs.
-One has to clean out devices used to collect road kill animals, for minimum wage.
-One has to bus tables, gets frequent finger cuts from knives and glassware, and rely on shared tips.
-One worked at a well known tourist attraction, dumping out trash containers, that were taller than she was and she always came home drenched in a mixture of sodas/beers, arriving home with sticky shoes, hair, etc. She hated the job but they paid her $2 hr more than her coworkers to do it. She needed the money, so she put up with it every summer that the job was available.

FWIW: a 1964 Impala sale, no matter how sweet a ride, is not going to fund your whole college education if you are living on campus. Fees do go up, and, our state can impose these new rates at anytime. Drought conditions may change some future funding issues in our state.
BTW: You must be an older student, or really Dick Cheney, because I lived in some of those times and I didn’t even remember those old occupations, so you must be old or, you waste a lot of time doing nothing!
Find some work, or go to work researching some CSU scholarships!
