Another smaller OOS college to consider–Northern Arizona U.

Smaller, LAC-like college in Flagstaff, AZ. It’s in the high country of AZ, not in the lower, hotter area around Phoenix. Plenty of mountains

OOS tuition & fees come in at just under $30K.
