Out of state transfer to UCB, UCLA, and UCSD

<p>Hey guys. I heard that Berkeley requires out of state applicants to fill out a " Reading and Composition Questionnaire". Does UCLA and UCSD require that for out of state transfer applicants? Thanks!!!</p>
