<p>Indulge my opinions onto others?
Sorry, I don’t compute.
And fine, ascribe my statements as the products of an opinionated mind, I can’t dispute that. But opinions are not all equal. You can’t just claim everything is relative, for not only does that undo philosophy as a whole, but it also hinders and outright halts progress. There are people who believe that the moon landing was staged and that their religion gives them the right to murder in its name. Those are also opinions, but their validity is questionable. Now, I’m not claiming that Owl City is commensurate to that magnitude of idiocy, but if you’re going to rip off the Postal Service, I’m going to hold you to a higher standard than if you’re typical pop garbage like Katy Perry and the like.</p>
<p>And I’m not even saying that it’s not okay to listen to music you like, I just feel like I should be able to mouth off on it, as this is a discussion board, after all. I’m pretty sure I have a song from each of the following artists - Bloodhound Gang, Dirty Vegas, The Panic Channel, Seether, Shwayze, Paul Oakenfold, and Audio Bullys.
I realize each song is rubbish, yet I haven’t deleted them. Now if you were to call me out on this, I wouldn’t try to shut you up and say music is relative, but I’d rather try to engage in discourse, as this is, I repeat, a discussion board.</p>
