<p>I find Aunt Jemima doesn’t work the same even several minutes after mixing, due to the “first act” of the double acting baking powder. OTOH, while not as good as homemade, it takes only seconds to mix before cooking. The GRIDDLE takes longer to heat! (that’s how I know the better deflates after sitting awhile…)</p>
