@JustGraduate That is true, although the OP never stated her mom didn’t put the CS on the documents submitted, it does seem like that might be the case given what was said. Child support isn’t listed on federal tax returns as it is not taxable income, but I certainly wouldn’t take a chance of omitting that information and being caught, especially given the potential consequences.
