My kids were required to share their grades with me while they were in college and the minimum GPA requirement was 3.0 to stay in college and 3.5 to live in the sorority house. The way I looked at it was going to college was their job. At my job, I only got paid when I showed up for work and my job performance was acceptable. Why should it be different for them.
D1 had a car while in college. D2 didn’t because she couldn’t drive. I told D1 that she was not to drive the car out of town (road trip) without my knowledge and she was not allowed to let anyone other than her to drive the car.
