Parents are Illegal but still pay taxes year around.

<p>Well, my Dad does our FAFSA so I’m not sure what a pin # is, but here’s a couple of sites. As long as you’re a citizen or legal permanent resident you can file FAFSA. If you’re not, I don’t think you can apply for FAFSA, but a couple of states allow undocumented students to file for financial aid.</p>
