<p>$70K gross is not $70K AGI and if there are other kids in college, or even other kids period, the EFC could be lower than it seems just from that initial info. You should file and find out, or at least run the numbers through an EFC estimator.</p>
<p>I assume you live with your mom. If you live with your dad, it’s his income - which i take is 0 since he’s unemployed - that will count for FAFSA.</p>
