From what I read, I think the odds are excellent that you will get a nice downtown hotel, 4 star,between $75.-100. a night. You can also see what hotwire.com has under 4 star hotel downtown LA. We have not been to the Omni and tripadvisor gives the Omni downtown a top rating. So maybe the Omni is worth the extra money if you get the USC rate.</p>
