<p>D is living off campus this year, and has already invited us to spend TG there. It helps a lot that is in a place we like to visit.</p>
<p>My D has no choice but to come home for Thanksgiving…her school is on the quarter system and their main ‘break’ runs from the week before Thanksgiving until New Year’s.</p>
<p>The saving grace is that she finishes the week before Thanksgiving, so travel isn’t as crazy at that point. She does have to travel back on New Year’s weekend though, so we pay at the back end.</p>
<p>Last year, I actually got the best flight price about 6 weeks before her travel dates.</p>
