Parents will move out of the US to India by summer; Income will drop.

If you have been here 3 years, you get in state rates for SUNYs and that will be doable for the low $20K price. I suggest you have a few of them on your list. Also check the list of full tuition and low cost schools and see what deadlines you have not missed. I don’t remember Temple U’s deadline and numbers. Check them out.

You can give those other schools a go and explain your situation to them via letter to fin aid office, but IMO it’s not going to make a difference. Until things actually happen, there isn’t going to be an exception. In fact at some of those schools like NYU, that do not guarantee to meet need, additional need later may not be met even if initial need is In fact, that is something you would need to ask each school that accepts you and gives you a doable package the first year. As an international student, you are not guaranteed to have need met at some schools that do so guarantee to US students.

@Madison85, the PSAT score doesn’t matter for an international student.

Which universities would you guys recommend I apply to?

Start with the thread at the top of this forum that has the links to information about affordable colleges/universities and merit-based aid. Some of the places on those lists could work for you. However, you have to be willing to study wherever it is that you get in, and that you can afford. You aren’t going to be able to be picky.
