Patio heaters, fire pits

Just wanted to say thanks for the Firedancer info - we bought one and really enjoyed sitting around the instant-on, instant-off fire.

a couple of years ago we bought a new patio set. Included in this was a ‘conversation’ height marble table that has a firepit in the middle of it. When you’re not using the firepit, there’s a matching marble lid that covers it up, then it just looks like a regular table. The only problem is that the patio chairs (swivel rockers, with arm rests) do not slide all the way underneath the table, so it does take up some room, but our patio is big enough to handle it. When we do have a fire, there’s still room to set a plate or something down on the marble tabletop, although cold drinks can warm up pretty quick. But that just shows how well it works at putting out heat. I know a lot of people don’t like the smoke from wood, but I don’t mind it too much. Until we get a hard freeze, it also helps to keep the mosquitos away when we’re outside after dark.
