No, but IU is pretty average as far as test scores go–not near the top. So if 24 is new minimum you wont see many AA at IU anymore. I would bet the avg ACT for AA at IU is around 21.Maybe 5% have over 23

I’m not sure why African American students are being brought in here. The floor had no African Americans on it.

I guess what’s relevant is that IU can’t afford to stop admitting students with act under 24 since that’s fully 25% of the university. Possibly maybe a fifth of whom might be black.
