Correct me if I am wrong. But the only FA available for LPS is FAFSA Pell Grant and loans (and GI bill/yellow ribbon) if you’re in the military.
So if you’re taking 4 CUs. Which is roughly 13K - Pell grant for super low income people caps at 5K.
You would be responsible to get the loans for the rest of the 7K.
Not to mention living costs and books and food and if you have a family.
However there are like <10 scholarships available to cover part time students classes (2 classes), but if you take more than 3 classes (full time student) - you lose the funding.
