And allegations emerge today that video tape from the basement camera may have been destroyed. All video prior to February 6 which was 2 days after Timothy’s death, has vanished.
(i consider fraternities/sororities to be odd. strange. dangerous. And with more & more of these stories, it baffles me as to why any parent would pay for their student to be in one…much less promote the idea.)
^ even if he hasn’t, his job as part od their probation was to watch the fraternity members were doing. Instead, he claimed he was sleeping and didn’t hear anything. I don’t understand why he’s not been araigned or something.
I also don’t understands why the prosecutor didn’t go after him and you can belief that is, in my opinion, a weak link for the prosecution that the DAs will go after big time. It will be a major question in a juries mind I would think…if it actually gets to a trial. I still think it will all get pled out.
I don’t understand how he could have done that.
However the fact they so want that video and don’t want the FBI to examine it all (especially since a copy would make it impossible to see tampering) makes me really hope the FBI gets to keep it. They wouldn’t be so insistent if there was nothing on it.
What do people think about the new rules applying to the fraternities? Have the eight employees gone on rounds last weekend? Have people seen them so far?

I do not believe that these employees are hired and/or starting their patrols yet. At this time, all of the partying in State College has moved from fraternity houses to apartments. Time will tell how effective these sanctions will be. My guess is that it will be more flash than substance. Shame on the administration for not having the program in place by the start of the school year.
