Ohio and pa. aren’t Massachusetts, Maine or Minnesota. I don’t think weather should scare you. in addition since you’re full pay if you really dislike the weather you can easily transfer. since it sounds like the Penn state campus and atmosphere really met what you were looking for in a school it’d be too bad to let a fear keep of Winter keep you from trying.</p>
