<p>Penn State is located in a great college town, and while the residents often do get angry with the students (as it often is in college towns…), it is well-equipped for student living. It really depends on what you think you’ll major in, but it is very strong in engineering, and pretty respectable in math and the sciences. If you like football or think you’d like greek life, Penn State is where you’d want to be. </p>
<p>Students seem to be pretty happy, though I do know of some students getting angry about cuts in financial aid; however, I imagine it happens elsewhere.</p>
<p>The classes don’t seem to be very difficult, though the engineering program (from what I can tell) is rigorous. Anyway, unless you’re in-state for Delaware, I’d go to Penn State.</p>
