<p>What state are you from? I’d go to Penn State or Syracuse over any other if you’re in state. Northeastern isn’t as good as the 4 others. </p>

<p>Personally, I’d rank them:
Syracuse > Notre Dame > Penn State > Pratt > Northeastern.</p>
