People who scored a 4 or 5 on AP Bio? :)

NO NO NO NO NO NO NO

do NOT just keep on writing.

Each free response usually has a rubric of around 15 points but the maximum you can get is 12 points. That means that you can miss 3 points for “free” When you are done with the question move on. Do not just continue going in circles. TIme is limited and it is better to answer most or all of the free response rather than do one or two REALLY well, after all, if you only do one really well you may have found out that the other questions were easy

So after the 3 free mistakes, they start taking off points?

they don’t take off points, they build up points
you get points for everything you did correctly

not only is time limited (and wrong answers not penalized), but if you keep writing, and you say something right, but it contradicts something you stated above, you don’t get pts. for it either

I got a 4 when i was in 10th grade and I didn’t study nearly as hard as you did…so i think you will do fine
