Hi, my D had less than 30 units in January so they consider her a new freshman and had to apply as one even though she will have 33 units by the end of spring term. So first figure out how many units you have.
30+ completed by January is a transfer.

Transfers still apply before the 1/15 deadline unlike most other schools, who wait until spring.

My D h.s. gpa 3.4
college gpa 3.5+
sat 1080 (not a test taker!)
excellent recommendation
lots of ec in theater (leading roles 3 years)
volleyball 2 years
lots of commmunity service
Very involved church youth leadership

She was waitlisted and we are still waiting, should hear in May
Plans on applying in Spring if not offered a spot from the WL

If you have 30+ units they do not even look at SAT scores

They do not have a lot of transfer applications according to their common data sheet, take about 25% of transfer apps.

Hope this helps, check out their website, it is pretty informative, call the Pepperdine admissions counselor for your area. Ours has been excellent in answering my daughter’s questions through email.
