<p>admissions forgot to include the questionnaire for national security positions/sf-86 worksheet in my permit to report so I had to download it off the internet and complete it on my own. Does anyone know if this gets returned in its own envelope, if so, to where?, or if it gets mailed along with the many other items in the large brown evelope? I appreciate any help in advance, thanks.</p>
