<p>Ok I’ve just thought of the only plausible explanation… by “personal expenses” they probably mean “meal plan.” Meal plan was not listed as a part of the breakdown… There was tuition, room and board, health insurance, orientation fees etc. It’s the only thing I can think of.</p>
