Pesto - need some easy ideas!

<p>I have a ton of cilantro. Does anyone have a similar recipe to pesto for cilantro? The ones I’ve found on-line have too many ingredients.</p>

<p>I agree with adding a handful of parsley: it has the added benefit of helping to keep the color of the pesto a nice fresh green. (I may have already posted that a loong time ago.)</p>

<p>cilantro: my local bakery sells an amazing dip/spread that I believe is made from pureed cilantro, jalapenos, sour cream, and lemon juice. Maybe some mayo? They serve it on a veggie sandwich (red onion, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, slice of havarti cheese on whole wheat bread). Yum.</p>
