If you take the train into Philly and it’s the weekend, get the Independence pass ticket. It’s good for all day and good on the Phlash bus. In November, the Phlash bus only runs Fri-Sunday. http://www.septa.org/events/summer.html I think in order to store luggage at 30th street station (Which is also an Amtrak station) you need to have a ticket for an Amtrak train.
