If you believe what is posted here it has been years since anyone has come off the Andover waitlist. @ryin19 Did you give any thought to applying as a 10th grader = I know it is too late now. Andover is a very tough place to enter as an 11th grader. They do not provide the same type of support as the do for incoming 9th and 10th graders. My son is a current senior with strong grades and describes the incoming uppers as incredible geniuses who make him feel dumb.
