Photo Thank You Cards for Graduation Gifts

… added note about Walgreens: I was then sent an email thanking me for applying for a customer service job at a Walgreens in NY! what the heck?

We used one of the graduation thank you choices on tinyprints with 3 photos and they came out great. She also used them for scholarship thank you’s and will use them for livestock auction buyers. We also splurged on some photo stamps for the close relatives who came to her party. Those were a big hit.

i did the Walgreens deal too, it was a buy 20, get 20 free, so I got 40. I sent them out, but D was responsible for sending thank you notes. I don’t know how much she got in gifts, that was her deal.

For those contemplating Grad announcements or Grad thank yous. I personally really love to see 'and Susie Q will be attending…XX studying YYY" I love to hear where the kids landed and what their interests are

High school graduation presents are not a big deal in my circle.

I’m assuming that there is a place for a personalized letter on these cards. Thank you notes should be handwritten and personalized to each individual. Whatever stationery you order, keep in mind that notes are also supposed to go out upon receiving gifts or asap. It would be wrong to make people wait for weeks to order them, so I’d only do this if they are available with a very quick turn around. IMO It’s more important to write promptly than to include photos.

I agree roshke. The back of the unit I purchased has room for a nice note. For longer notes, more important notes, or notes to more important ppl such as grandparents and scholarship committees I gave my daughter several boxes of actual “thank you” cards that I keep in stock for follow ups to job interviews and such. My kids also know we expect them to send thank yous year round when they receive gifts especially from grandparents. Sometimes I have them include info about how they are using the $. For example my Dad is a big outdoors-man and always loves to buy everyone coats boots, shoes, knives, compasses, whistles, etc. So when we do we tell him.
