Physical education classes?

<p>The Lyon center is pretty good. They have all of the basic workout equipment. Sometimes it can be pretty busy, but I haven’t ever had to wait long to use any equipment. There are ellipticals, bikes, rowing machines, stair climbers, treadmills, plenty of free weights and weight machines, a stretching area, raquetball courts, a group exesize room, a small climbing wall, a basketball court, and a large pool. There’s probably more, but I’m not remembering it all at the moment. I would definitely check it out before signing up for another gym. Also, if you don’t want to use units, you can always pay for specific classes. Here are some relevant links:</p>
