<p>a. there is no physics 2 placement exam. if you fail the physics 7c placement exam, you get placed in physics 2. </p>

<p>in general, it sounds like these are the following topics:
vector notation (problem 3)
basic kinetics (problem 2/4)
dimensional analysis (problem 1)</p>
<p>dimensional analysis is basically unit conversion. If i remember, you’re a bio major burrito. you should have some experience with this via chem 1. when i took the exam a few years back, vector notation wasn’t a huge deal, like 1-2 problems (although the whole test is fairly short if i remember… maybe a big deal in relatively).
and know basic newtonian physics. both math and some simple theory
classic example: a rocket is launch with velocity V at angle T. how far does the rocket go? how high does it get?</p>
