Same thing happened to me. Ive been being stupid and not keeping up with the syllabus, should have never tried to self study it. I’ve actually decided not to take E+M even though I signed up for it because the college I’m going to only gives credit for a 5, and right now, I’m not too sure I can get a 5. I’m still taking Mech though- it’s so much easier when self studying.

To answer your questions, if you are self studying the course, then it is not really possible to cram E+M but Mech should be very doable. Just buy a review book, read through the rotational motion chapter and the connection between translational motion and rotational, and brush up on some basic calc and start Taking practice tests and that should be a pretty easy 4/5.
