what careers do phy sci majors usually work towards for?

lol every last one of them is pre-med

^^^ rad 1-sin^2

wat? sin of wat squared?

lol just trying to say cosign = i agree with you

lol. im gonna start using that phrase

God no, I stay far, far away from that subject. Took a pre-med course last quarter as a GE. ■■■.

If a book is assigned, you should assume that it was assigned for a reason, with possible test material arising from those readings. Even if it isn’t required, it almost always supplements the lecture, and definitely won’t hurt you to review. There isn’t a general rule as to what is/isn’t from the readings or lectures on exams, it’s really up to the individual professor; some only go by lectures, others rely heavily on readings.

in regards to lecture versus book material on the exams:

i don’t have experience with physci but with neuroscience, it’s almost exclusively based on lecture (with a little based on assigned journal articles)

vc08, why ■■■?
really that bad?

^^Haha well remember that I was only taking it as a GE; I didn’t actually realize it was a pre-med pre-req until I got in there. So I was expecting it to be really easy, and it wasn’t. It wasn’t horrible, like I passed (I think lol), it was just a lot tougher than I was expecting it to be. But science isn’t my forte, so I’m sure that also had something to do with it.
