<p>goldhamster, i second you, but i’d just like to put something in to confirm Serj T’s post:
i requested my PIN through email (by typing in PIN on the subject line, and my full name on the message body) three times, and I got back a response each time (auto-response perhaps, since it’s already 18:12), saying that they couldn’t find my file. Since I sent in all of my stuff via courier, and I know my stuff reached them Feb 14, I’m thinking they haven’t finished–or even started–filing transfer apps.</p>
