Please chance me for Californian Universities as an average student [TX resident, 3.16 UW, 1220 SAT, low income]

I see. If that’s the case. I agree no UC or CSU school could meet the financial constraints. It would be better to stay in state or consider a private college which could meet these financial conditions.

I came across this California college that does meet students’ financial needs. It is a Catholic liberal arts college. Maybe it may meet your needs?

Merced had a 3.4 GPA Requirement for out of state applicants: First Year Applicants (Freshmen)
Must earn a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.4 or better in 15 college-preparatory courses (“a-g” courses) with grades of C or better. Out-of-State: Admission Requirements | Undergraduate Admissions

Agreed. I just wanted to point it out since many people don’t understand just how far apart Davis and Riverside are.
