Unless “I can find a way to still pay” means something like “my extended family has the money to pay and are happy to do so”, take UMi off your list. You can’t (and shouldn’t!) borrow enough to pay for it.
IMO UVa is a very high reach for you, partly for financial reasons, and partly academic. UVa does ‘meet need’ for OOS students- but they are ‘need aware’ and the odds on you clearing that hurdle are…tiny. UVa has a 25% OOS student cap, and the acceptance rate for OOS students is about 15%.
