I might add BU and Tufts to your list. BU is a match based on your grades/standardized test results and they have pretty good programs in biology and political science.
Tufts is known for the Fletcher School, but that’s grad only. They still have a good political science program and you might have a chance of getting in, especially if you raise the ACT score.
