<p>Not to hijack a thread (even though that’s exactly what I’m doing), but what exactly constitutes an International student? I’ve lived in California my whole life, so it’s not like it concerns me beyond my curiosity, but I always thought an International was a student that applies to a school while a resident of a foreign country.</p>
