Please Chance Me... my dream school since I was still living in Vietnam was Emory.

does it help to know that my high school is extremely difficult? and im only in the top 15% bc alot of the kids in my school take normal classes as oppose to AP classes and get 4.0’s which is so bs.

Not really. If anything, most schools look at your class rank and SAT’s to give a better idea of how “difficult” the school is.

The “alot” of students you speak of probably doesn’t stand a chance in the admission process for top 25 schools anyway. Most schools EXPECT you to take advantage of your school’s offering.

Just study hard and try to get a 4.0 in your senior year as I have mentioned and your chances will be better (how much better I cannot say)

If graduating Emory is your goal, try to apply to oxford and emory. They do not charge you additional fee and all you have to do is write one more essay.

On another note, one cannot “automatically” go to Emory Nursing school. You must apply after your sophomore year to be admitted. (applying for the school within the school after getting admitted was a huge turn off for me, tbh)
