Hey, there. I’m an ED II applicant so I can offer a little less-than-knowledgeable insight about your chances :)

As per your suggestion, I’ll work with WHAT I VIEW TO BE a pros and cons list for you:

PROS:
Your nationality
Your gender
Your interesting background (from what I understood of your essay topic)
Your ranking (one of the first things Vassar looks at [v. impressive given your class size:)])
Your super-impressive ECs
Your math and writing sections of the SAT I (within/above Vassar’s middle 50% range)
Your course-load difficulty
Your SAT II scores (see my comment under cons)

CONS:
Your need for financial aid (assuming you’re not a US citizen)
The critical reading section of the SAT I (it’s below Vassar’s middle 50% range by 80 pts)
Your SAT IIs were taken in the same subject (you’re encouraged to show breadth)
–> I actually didn’t understand what you meant by “Taking World History and Biology M in December: won’t be considered for ED” because you posted this in January and if you DID take them last december then they ARE considered if you apply ED! (unless, of course, this was a typo and you meant January, in which case you’d be right :p)

MY OPINION: I think your class rank and course-load (assuming that it’s been consistently difficult for the past two years or so) will smooth over your SAT scores/choices. As for your need for financial aid, I think your ECs (and perhaps your essays [and maybe even your gender :p]) may work to your advantage and even that out as well. Well, that’s my two cents. Care to chance me back?
