What is your long term goal? If it is medical school (I am reading tea leaves here 
) then focus on universities and colleges that have a medical school. I am sure a lot of people will disagree but that is my advise.
Your reaches could be Hopkins, Dartmouth, Brown
Slight reaches could be G’Town, Tufts
Matches could be Rochester, Baylor (a bit further), GMU
Safety could be UMBC
