Be aware that most students who enter LACs intending to do a 3+2 do not actually transfer to an engineering school.

Just curious … do you have a source for that statement?

This is sometimes discussed on the engineering major forum. A recent poster mentioned that out of all of the fellow freshmen intending to do 3+2, the poster was the only one who actually eventually transferred

<p>So the answer to my question is, “another poster on CC.”</p>

<p>Seems to me a bit light for such a categorical statement.</p>
